Founder
Aubrey Janik, Founder and Partner at Shifting Tax Brackets, serves as the strategic force behind the brand. She began her entrepreneurial journey in franchising in 2014 but found her niche in the automotive space in 2017 after listing her first car on Turo.
Today, Aubrey leads the growth and strategy initiatives at Shifting Tax Brackets, overseeing content and course development, business expansion, and coaching community members on how to scale and grow their own ventures. She’s turned her passion for business and love for the automotive industry into a 7-figure enterprise—and now she’s committed to helping others do the same.
HP Medina
Partner
HP, Partner at Shifting Tax Brackets, is your go-to expert for all things automotive. From hands-on repairs and maintenance to inspections and general automotive knowledge, HP brings a depth of experience and skill that’s hard to match.
His automotive career began in college as a tire technician. He later transitioned into service roles at Audi, Nissan, and Lincoln dealerships before moving into vehicle sales. Eventually, HP left the dealership world to join forces with Aubrey at Shifting Tax Brackets and focus full-time on building their own automotive ventures.
HP’s passion for the industry is evident in everything he does—from the quality of his work to the depth of his expertise. He plays a vital role in helping the Shifting Tax Brackets community grow their skills and succeed in the automotive space.
